Marriage and SU

Hi,

I've been studying in Denmark for a while now and have been in a relationship for some time. My danish partner wants us to get married so I can get SU. But i'm not sure how that works and there isn't a lot of information about that online. Does anyone know if I can get SU by marrying a dane?

I've been studying here for 6 semesters now and i'm a french citizen, and will soon start my masters.

If you are a french citizen you can get SU without getting married as you are from EU, but need to work minimum of 44 hours a month. If you however are not working then you can get SU only if your partner is working. For full details check this link.
