Does a spouse of EU person can study in University without paying tution fee?

If there is a fee for Danish citizens that fee will also apply for you. Otherwise, no.

Thanks for the reply. I am confused about permanent residence. I lived in Denmark for 5 years and I stayed on green card and now on Eu family. Can I combine my stay and apply for permanent residence? what rules apply if I wanna apply? like the language requirement like non eu or Eu?
