when we apply for PR online TU1-3, don't we submit any documents? or do we need to scan and attach documents? or else they access relevant info from related institutions?
ex like language certificate and educational details?

It is presumably explained in the online application form, which documents must be attached? It is difficult to guide about this, because as a danish citizen, I can not log on with my own Nem-ID and pretend, that I want to apply myself. So you just need to follow the instructions, you get during the process, and then you should be fine

I just wanted to know which documents i should have while applying online.So i dont need to scan while i am applying .I will be ready with all documents. I have one more doubt.
i have 1 more yr validity on my my existing family permit.But as am applying now for PR, does they extend my visa if they don't think i fulfill their requirements? or just i have to extend my visa as usual on respective time? what could be the scenario if i don't get PR?

Then you need to apply for an extension, before your residence permit expires.
