Well as my asylum is rejected I wanted to go home voluntary and my question is how long am I to stay back in my home country before I could apply for a visa back to Europe as I have my boyfriend here

I think you would need to get married in order to be able to get a new visa. The reason is that you have violated the terms of your previous visa by seeking asylum once you entered the Schengen area. So you would normally not be granted a new visa to visit since you have broken the terms of your previous visa.
