ABOUT PROPERTY AND WILL (MARRIAGE)
My Boyfriend and I Have Plans to Get Married But we want an agreement where by No One Will Get Another's Property After Divorce Or Even Death, Should Any One Get Something In th events of Death It should be Under Each Others Own Will , We Heard Denmark Has a Rule Which Can go against our Agreement in A sense That A widow is entitle to 25 percent Of The Others propertis Should there be Death during the marriage , is this rule true? If yes , can it over rule our agreement For each other not to get any properties should there be death

Re: ABOUT PROPERTY AND WILL (MARRIAGE)
The way to avoid that you will have any kind of common property, and that the surviving spouse inheriting any part of the first deceased's assets:
1) make a pre-nup about completely separate property (it will be wise to make a list of what belongs to whom, and update it regularly)
2) make a mutual will, where both of you from now renounce any future inheritance from the other.
Inheritance is not something you MUST accept.
It is advisable to get help from an attorney. The pre-nup MUST be notarized ("tinglyst") to be valid, while it is not mandatory, however advisable, to notarize the will .
