ABOUT MARRIAGE AND RESIDENTS APPLICATION

I am a Gay asylum Applicant Who has been rejected by Denmark immigration service and I am going to appeal court with the Danish Refugee Board soon,The Issue Is The Chances Of asylum Applications are Low ,Due To the Tight regulations. My boyfriend and I had Plans to get Married and The Danish rule says Asylum applicants can get married , Is There A way we Can get married ? IF Yes ....How ? and In concerns Of resident application how do we go about it ? and the main Key Is all This should be a way I would not have to go Home

You can marry in another country that doesn't require you to be in the country with a valid residence permit or a visa in order to marry. Sweden for example. Mind you, once you leave Denmark, your asylum application will most likely be void. So you have to be sure, you both fulfill the requirements and you will have to either live together in Sweden for a while before moving to Denmark or you will have to return to your home country to apply for a Danish residence permit from there.

Great that I can marry in Sweden But the rule in regard same sex marriage in sweden says I will have to go home to apply for the residents permit which sums up to the same as Denmark and I dont want to go home For application and to get married in sweden do we have to get a swedish CPR number for my Boyfriend before we can marry or he could just submit application since he is a EU national (A Danish living Here In denmark as well) , Is there anything else I can Do in regards of the residents application
