advice on divorce and separation

Hallo i am a 30 year old man who is a non EU resident. i have been living here close to 5 years. Howeve r from how things are going between my wife and I we have changed alot and I can't continue living with her anymore. We have 3 kids 3 year old and 7 months old. I study attechnic school and have a 37 hour full time job. My question is basically asking whats the worst that can happen to me if I divorced. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks again
