Hi Everyone!
I really really need your help and ideas! Thank you in advance!
My family reunification is denied and we are appeal ing right now and i thought i can stay while we appeal but they want me to leave as soon as possible but it's very very difficult for both of my husband and I to be separated we just married for 6 months,do you have ideas what we can do, where are the places that i can stay legal while we process my case? I really need your advice , thank you and have a Good Day!

Yes such multible marriages is considered an indication of sham marriage. So it could be a contributing factor in a rejection on the ground, that you entered into the marriage with immigration as your main purpose. However when doing that evaluation authorities look not only at one factor but at all relevant factors in your case. So is it not enough in itself, that there is a single indication of sham marriage.

What is your husbands nationality?

He is a Danish..

In that case you can simply move to another EU/EEA country and live there for a period before returning to Denmark using EU laws. Ask your husband to read the guidelines under the menu option rådgivning on top of this page.

I have a Philippine wife and we are having same problem like yours.
The best option is moving to Sweden. Find a place to stay with rental cotract. Stay for 6months then apply eu rules when planning to kove DK again.

Hi have the same problem. My family reunification in denmark has been denied.
And its a very sad news.
Im married to a danish guy 7 months ago and Our application has been rejected.

1. If we apply for an appeal can I still stay in denmark?

Were planning to move to sweden if worse come to worst. I am allowed to stay in sweden?

Appeal doesn't give you the right to stay. However, if they do consider that there is a chance of you winning the appeal, which is very rare they will allow you. So,no you cannot stay when you appeal unless they specifically grant you.
