Divorce with Permanent Residence...

Hi everybody,
I am married with Norwegian and currently lives here in cph. I received my Permanent Residency under EU rules last month (July 2014).
My question is...
-Can i apply for divorce ASAP & still retain my Permanent Residency?

Yes permanent means (almost) unconditional. You can only loose your residence right, if you immigrate out of Denmark or commit serious crime, so that you become a danger to public safety. Such as if you join a terror group and plan to bring a bomb to explosion somewhere. In that situation you can be expelled, but not because of a divorse.
