Questions about filling out FA1

Hi, I am applying for a Danish residence permit through family reunification and my Danish wife and I have a few questions about how to fill out the form.

- For Section 7 of the first skema, how detailed do we need to be in answering the first two questions? There isn't much space provided, leading us to believe that it should be as short as possible. But do they want a long story written as an attachment?

- For Section 8, if I have a Bachelor's degree, do I need to mention that in the lower section or is that covered when I checked the box for "higher education"?

- For Section 9, I've been in and out of Denmark many times and it's difficult to determine the exact dates because I sometimes entered or exited through other countries. If I answer with some general dates, is it ok if I'm not exact?

- For Section 10, is it possible to take the Dansk Prøve 1 or 2 BEFORE applying? The language makes it seem like this is so, but I thought I needed to have a CPR number to take the test.

- For Skema 2, section 7A, my wife has been a Danish citizen for 34 years and was born in Denmark, so she can check the first box. She studied abroad for 4 years in Amsterdam from the age of 22 to 26, so she can't check the second box. It seems that she doesn't need to fill out the rest, but the language in the introduction to this section hints that maybe we should fill it out anyways. But we would rather not fill it out, as there's a lot of things that would be complicated to answer, like the times that she's been out of the country, as she's a traveling musician. Could it actually prolong our case like it says if we don't fill it out, even though she checked the first box?

Make the story as short as possible.

It will be covered already, and also your education has no relevance for the processing of the application, so I dont really know, why they ask. Maybe its for some sort af statistical analysis.

Yes its ok, again it does not have any relevance for the processing of your application, if you left on may 7 2011 or may 10 2011, so just fill it out after your best memory.

I am not sure, if you can take the test without a CPR number, but ask the language center about it. If you can, the advantage will be, that your bank deposit can be reduced by 20.000 kroner right from the beginning.

Since the attachment demand does not need to be fullfilled, authorities have no need for information, which is targeted at determining, if it is fullfilled or not. Its just the same like, if you dont plan to visit a particular place, you dont need a weather forecast for that area either.
