help about ,health insurance problem

Hi to all ,,,
I am Non EU citizen a spouse of a DANISH lady and a father for 2 Danish kids with a Schengen valid visa still have 50 days for my 90 days to end.

We planed to move to Malmo to live there under the EU rules ,everything solved there about the rent issue and school for kids and so..etc. the full papers requested is ready except that the authority is asking about a private full coverage health insurance during my stay with no ending date. Since my wife is working in Copenhagen and not in Sweden or to bring a paper from the danish authority that all of us under the danish social security coverage .
The Danish authority refused about mine since i am not living in Denmark and has no CPR number and when i asked for a Private health insurance company in Malmo i have been told they will ask for my Swedish personal number also ,,,,(how come and i apply for such to have this number) so i am into a circle with no end ,,,

so
1)any idea about solving this issue or a name of a health insurance company in Malmo that can provide such ....and price average since there is a lot of scamers in the local forum gives wrong info.
2) am i allowed to travel for holidays with my family out side Sweden while the papers been examined .

The Danish are wrong. Since your wife works in Denmark you are entitled to the Danish insurance. Your wife simply has to insist on her right and demand a written answer if they keep refusing.

they refused once again since they say that we didn't live in Denmark nor that i am registered with a cpr NO. so i think i have to go for a private full coverage health insurance in Sweden ,,,and advice about which company and which type of insurance and about the costs ,,,

Please get the refusal in writing from Denmark.

When you have a written refusal you can appeal the decision.

The Danish authorities are clearly wrong in this case and lots others have obtained the insurance scheme from Denmark. The municipality you are dealing with is either inexperienced or incompetent.

And there seems to be no option of getting private insurance that the Swedish will accept.

but is it allowed for me to apply for the reunification under the Swedish rules only when i am in Sweden with my valid Schengen visa ,since we were married for more than 15 years , have kids accepted in schools of Malmo and we have address now in Malmo,,, by this way we can go around the health insurance issue?

Yes, Swedish Immigration Board has recently changed their guidelines to reflect a more liberal attitude to applicants who are spouses of Nordic citizens in Sweden. So you can apply through Swedish rules as well.

In the meanwhile if you need any medical help, you are stuck in this bureaucracy.

Hi all ,,once again when my wife went to the tax office to register her self and us ( the family ) later they asked about the S1 form ,,,what is this exactly and is the komune in Denmark offer such document ?

i ment that the EHIC is not enough ,,,they need S1 form to be covered with my family since the tax office will manage my case under the EU rules
