I was married to a Danish in 2007 and been separated since December 2009. The problem is I received an order from Udlændingeservice stating that I need to travel back to Thailand. (Lived in Denmark for more than 3 years)
My questions are;
1. Can I travel back to Denmark after just 1 or 2 months of being her in thailand to process my Divorce which is scheduled to end in january 2011.
2. Can I marry my boyfriend while I am holding a tourist visa and proceed the application process for a familiesammenføring?
3. I passed the Danish Language (PD3), do I need to take the Invandringsprøven?
(Yes I understand lidt dansk, but I can explain well if I use english
)4. What about the Bank garanti,, do we need to have it?
Please enlighten me about those things,, because the new rules really sucks
