Diveorce and then student visum
Hello, im a non EU citizen and I have live in Dk for around 2,5 years, Im done with the danish and I have worked since I came a part time job, now im studying to get in to University, but my wife and I wanna get divorce. We still live together but when I start the university in August I need to move out of her house, I know that I can get a study visum, because I have all the requirements, the question is when I need to apply for it? and If I already start the uni, do I need to go out of DK to apply for it? and the last question I have is, how long it takes to get divorced when both agree on it?
