halo there, i applied for Denmark GC in june 2013 with pharmacist as its in positive list. and the application reached in june itself,the thing is in new positive list which was released in july 2013 they amended pharmacists and i got rejected,can i appeal,,they awarded 95 points only, i calculated as 105 where 10 points for positive list occupation which they have ignored, but now iam so worried paid huge amount to DE...are there any chances of winning the appeal,or can any one help me like solicitor or lawyer.

Honestly I don`t know. Its not illegal in general in Denmark for authorities to change the rules and let it effect pending applications. But obviously its not particularly “fair” either, so its usually avoided. ÆUG is an organization for binational cupples, so our focus is on marriage related migration not work related migration. And therefore we don’t have much experience with the GC scheme.
You can find a danish lawyer on the internet. But be aware that you risk “throwing good money after bad”, if the chance of getting the decision revoked is slim. So maybe better to just file a complaint on your own, since the case is pretty simple. You just need to repeat more or less, what you have already written here. And then its up to Udlændingenævnet to decide, if you should get “10 points” for education or not. Its not complicated legal stuff, so I am not sure, how much a lawyer can really do. Except perhaps give you a better idea, if its worth the trouble to pay the fee for complaining. Because that is not free either.
