visa for parent

Hi to All Lovely helpful people here. I am new to this forum and need some advice and thanks a ton in advance for spending time on my Query.

I am an Indian Citizen married to a Dane since Nov.2007. I have a Danish Residence permit and have been living together with my husband from May2008. I am an only child of my parents and after my dad passed away 2years ago, I am the only support to my mother (emotionally and financially). I have Applied for Family reunification for my mother in Denmark and after making us wait for an year they rejected it, I have appealed the decision and they made us wait for one more year and rejected it Again stating they dnt see the bond (they said this even after me providing my passport copies that showed that i spent all my vacation from Work in my hometown and passport copies of my mom showing she was with me in DK on tourist visa) can you beleive it the case worker even suggested since i was working and earning a good salary I should be able to send her to a nice nursing home in India

After getting tired of the DK rules we (me, hubby and 2month old daughter) moved to Malmø Last month as we have found out that under EU movement rule you can apply for parent of spouse for residence Card if you are able to provide for her After moving here my husband registered at skatteverket and received a person nummer. there was a slight delay with mine as there was some confusion about EU Health Insurance Card and had to go back and forth between Malmø and DK. Two weeks ago me and baby have also gone and registered ourselfs at skatteverket. On Monday we are going to migrationsverket to apply for my visa. My Questions are:
1. should I wait till my mother comes here(on visit visa) and then apply together
2. Can my husband send a visit visa invitation to my mother as he is the only one WHO is having a Swedish CPR number or it has to be me?
3. can my mother apply for residence Card in Sweden while on visit visa or is it illegal?

I would like to have my mother with me as soon as possible as I love her a lot and she is my responsibitly after my dad passed away and I feel extremely guilty and frustrated that we are apart and she is all alone with me being so far. Also, she is getting worried that she is missing the milestones her grand daughter is reaching while growing up (first smile, little cooing sounds, trying to hold her neck during tummy time etc)

Would appreciate If someone is able to help/suggest with the visa process to unite a family

Your spouse may invite your mother, as she is his in-law.

Your mother may apply for family reunification under the EU-rules once she is in Sweden.

Be prepared that it is uphill work to get a parent reunified, the requirements are pretty strict. It seems that you may be able to verify that your mother is dependent on you, but it is rather more difficult that getting a spouse or a child reunified.

Thank you for replying MH. Yes, it is going to be an uphill task but we are hoping and praying that we get a favorable result.

We are attaching the following papers along with her Resident Card application.

1.Online transaction records and western union receipts (proof to show she is financially dependent on me).
2.My birth certificate(proof of relationship)
3.Our bank account statements (proof that we are able to support her)
4.Her passport copies

Would this be enough? Is there anything i or my husband can do that would increase our chances by atleast 1-2 percent?

Your husband can check it with you.

What is important is to prove that your parent is really economically dependent on you/your husband, that she's been so for some time before your move to Sweden and that she doesn't have any other means of living. In this case they managed to obtain official documentation showing that the parent did not have means of her own (bank statements, tax declarations etc.).
