From my understanding you have to "move" back to Denmark when applying through EU law ?
My husband and I would rather stay in Sweden while we wait for a reply from DK. We can use his parents address if necessary;however, how does this work if we get rejected ? Do we need to stay in Sweden for another few months before we can reapply again ? I don't think I'll want to go through the appeal process since it seems to be a very long and drawn out process and would rather keep the option open to live longer in Sweden and have the ability to just reapply back to dk if for some reason we do get rejected.
Has anyone had experience with this ?
Thanks !!

Re: Address in dk
Your understanding is fortunately for you wrong
You can apply while you stay in Sweden, and eventually you (hopefully) get a letter saying that you have been approved for a Danish EU-card. You will have to move to DK within 6 months after the date of the approval letter.
