researching/applying for pro jobs while waiting for CPR

Hi there, appreciate your comments on this. Due to the comunications I've received from US until date, I'm very possitive that shortly (in theory 1 - 1 1/2 months) I'll receive my CPR (on the grounds of Family Reunification). I'm completely aware that I must NOT work in any situation (even non paid labor) meanwhile I haven't granted the CPR, but, what about seeking / applying (meaning sending CVs or so) , even interviewing with potential employers during the window frame? The letter I've received from US while states the prohibition of working status, does not mention noting about seking...etc., I was trying to contact US but seems these days the office is pretty busy, so thanks in advance for your expert advicing., alvapa
