According to the eu rules my spouse has to support me finanicually that means he should have full time employment as far as I understand. Are there any other conditions regarding his work? or regarding apartment we live, for example if we rent it or live in somebody's house, will we have to collect rental payslips and leease agreements as well during 5 years time.
I am sorry I really write and ask a lot, but I just want to know the law and the rights, I myself have been reading a lot but I find it sometimes hard to understand.

The requirements are exactly the same as for having a right to EU-recidence in the first place. And fundamentally its just about not relying on social welfare (kontanthjælp) or illigal sources of income like drug sales or moonlighting work (sort arbejde) for substinence.
Its not a requirement that the EU-citizen (your husband) must by necessity have a full time job, as there are many other ways to legally sustain yourself. That could be a part time job, own company (selvstændig), retirement or preretirement benefit (pension eller førtidspension), unemployment benefit (dagpenge fra A-kasse), study support (SU), support from parents or just plain old money in the bank. All of that is fine.
Maybe your problem is, that you find it hard to believe, that the EU-rules can really be that simple and liberal, while the danish rules are much more complicated and strict. But that’s just the way it is. And the reason is, that the two set of rules have different goals. The goal of the danish rules is to control immigration from outside EU and to improve integration of non-EU foreigners in Denmark. The goal of the EU-rules on the other hand is to promote integration between the individual EU-countries by making cross border movements between them as easy as possible.
