Finding rentals in Malmo area????

Does anyone have any suggestions for finding apartment rentals in the Malmo area? Preferably something under 12000 SEK a month ?

on average do you know how long it may take for us to find a place? .. We need to find something by March..

Most rentals have a 3 months notice, so you should intensify your search at least 3 months before you wish to move in because that's the time when the agencies will know when there is something available for a specific date.
