Please, i just want to know what to do because i have been an asylum sicker and was rejected, and had to go home. I couldn't go home because i was operated for breast cancer and my doctor gave me 5 years to be in Sweden for control and medication. I was afraid to go home because i don't know the concequences in the future and how to get the medications back at home, so that's why i'm living ilegal in Sweden. It's been difficult for me to get my medication.
My question is how do i apply now for staying in Sweden because i have found a boyfriend i have known and living with him for about 6 months , we are ready to marry and he is a Danish who lives in Sweden ?.
I will be very greatful if you could help me.

You will not be able to apply after swedish rules, since you are already in Sweden. So unless you are willing to go home for a period for 3-4 month the more, the EU-rules will be the only option.
