HE must get a EU-health insurance card from Denmark to show the Swedish authorities that you are covered by health insurance grace to his working in DK.

Are there reasons when swedish authorities do not issue residence card?
When I aaplied for a residence card we gave them marriage certificate and bank garantee with 40 000 kr will it help because he is self emplyed he is not full time emplyed in Dk? They did not take my fingerprints or ask for insurance, only mentioned interview which might take place in the future. I m confused.

If swedish authorities get to the conclusion, that you do not have a right to residence in Sweden, they will of course not issue a residence card to you. There are different potential reasons for this:

• Your husband does not live in Sweden, he only have a sham address
• You are considered a threat against public safety, order or health
• You are not legally married to your husband or it is a sham marriage
• You have not presented proof of your identity or you have presented false proof of your identity
• Your husband has not presented sufficient proof, that he is a worker, student or self sufficient citizen
• You have not presented proof, that you have a health insurance from Denmark, if your husband is a self sufficient person or a student. Please refer to forum “ophold efter EU-regler” for a discussion about this topic in danish language. You might want to ask your husband to "read up" about the latest developments in this area

That is really borderline, since to be considered living in Sweden he need to sleep there at least 4 nights a week on average, if he travels on a regular weekly basis or at least 16 nights pr. month, if he travels on a regular monthly basis.

No but it might contribute to convince in particular danish authorities, that he really "had a life" in Sweden, in case you want to move to Denmark using the EU-rules at some future points in time. Swedish authorities on the other hand do not tend to go so deeply into secondary evidence like this. But documentation of his transport between home and work and thereby also, how many nights he exactly spend in Sweden, is crucially important. As is of course a proper rental contract etc.

You mentioned that he will have to provide swedesh authorities information about his transportation, does it mean we will have to send his weekly travelled tickets ( ferry from frederikshavn to goteborg) to our case number?

Comuting between Gothenburg and frederikshavn is an unusual occurrence so yes in this case he will need to provide detailed documentation in the shape of tickets in his name.

If a person is living an unusual long distance from his work place, authorities tend to get suspicious and beleive, that it might be a sham adress. So this suspicion of course need to be refuted by the person, who live in such an unusual way and want to claim rights on the basis of it.

Jeg har arbejde i danmark nu og skal sende min arbejdskontrakt ind til migrationsværket,
her har jeg 2 muligheder , den ene er at jeg på min arbejds kontrakt i samarbejde med mit firma skriver at jeg arbejder i weekenden, feks fredag og lørdag , måske 30 timer , og så pendler hjem til sverige om søndagen og blir der man,tirs,ons,tors

hvis jeg vælger første løsning,skal jeg så købe billetter løbende,eller kan jeg feks købe et pendler kort og sende det ind,og hvor ofte vil de ha dokumentation,er det kun her i starten under registrering af min kone,eller vil de løbende se billetter osv.

sidst men ikke mindst,så har jeg bestilt det blå Eu sygesikringskort,det er på vej og jeg er registreret i forsækringskassen ,men migrationsværket vil ha manglende dokumenter her første gang senest 2 maj, hvis mit blå kort ikke er klart kan man så sende dem en kvittering fra forsækringskassen eller hvad kan man gøre????

Du skal være opmærksom på, at hvis du arbejder meget hjemmefra, kan det være, du skal betale svensk skat og ikke dansk skat. Tjek med Skat Øresund eller Øresund Direkt.

Og ellers skal du naturligvis oplyse det, som er korrekt.

Og dokumentation for din evt. pendling handler jo ikke bare om Migrationsverket. Det handler da også om at kunne bevise det over for Skat, hvis du gør brug af et befordringsfradrag.

Et pendlerkort kan vel kun dokumentere, at du rejser men ikke hvornår. Så det må i givet fald suppleres med anden dokumentation for, præcis hvornår du er i Sverige. F.eks. i form af, at du sørger for at anvende et kreditkort til indkøb i Sverige, hver eneste dag du er der, eller måske i færgens cafeterie el. Som skrevet til (går jeg ud fra) din ægtefælle på engelsk, må du forvente, at de svenske myndigheder vil interessere sig meget for, hvor ofte du faktisk overnatter i Sverige. Og som skaanebo skriver, skal du også kunne dokumentere din nøjagtige transportaktivitet overfor Skat.

recently swedish immigration athorities required missind documents which we later attached, but they asked for insurance for me as a spouse of danish, he filled in forms and sent to forsakringskassan but they sent as a letter that his danish insurance is enough to cover us both, we attached his danish yellow card and sent to migration office.
forsakringskassan sent a letter that they can give insurance to me but how if following the sent questionarrie i dont have residence or cpr number as i have only receipt from migration office
