hi everyone, I am a filipina and I have a danish fiance. W been together for 4 years and he come visit me in my country during holidays. Now we are planning that its me come visit him in Denmark so I can also meet his family. We would like to know if he can apply for my visa online, I mean he is the one to fill it up for me tru online. Is that be possible?

Yes that is possible. But after the online application, you need to go to the embassy, and there is also a supplementary form for Denmark, which you need to fill out.

hi,

I already have my invitation letter from dk my fiance fill it up but then the numbers 3 and 7 he didnt. In number 3 he said he didnt fill up the yes and no because the next question there is if the applicant is your girlfriend /boyfriend or fiancee and he answer that. The number 7 he didnt wrote anything because he said that is only if he need to add or comment and since he dont have anything to say he leave it blank..

Lastly the number 9 he said he didnt affix his signature that because it should be my signature but then i said i think its your signature needed.

help help please i am little confuse in all this..thanks

You are completely correct. Field 3 should be filled out with "no" and "fiance" and field 9 should bear the signature of the person living in Denmark and inviting, not the person applying for a visa. The person applying for a visa should sign the application form, not the invitation form.

It is voluntary to fill out field 7, but I would recommend to use this field to give a short describtion of the history of the relationship and the purpose of the visit in Denmark.

However, by far the most critical error is, that the invitation form must bear the signature of your fiancee. So he will need to send you another one or alternatively fill out the new online invitation form.

hi again...now my bf have send my application for schengen visa and i have some clarification for some questions in number 21 about the porpuse of journey... because i will go in dk through visit visa.. i am confuse what box i will check tourism or visiting family or friends.number 24 number of entries requested.. is it right i mark the single entry box? number 34 personal data of the family member who is an EU, EEA and CH citizen..will it be my bf personal data since i dont have family members who is a citizen in those places. number 35 family relationship with an EU, EEA or CH citizen..what should i mark in the boxes choices because i guess i dont belong in those.. spouses, child, grandchild and dependent. and number 37 will it be my signature affix there? and lastly..will i need handwritten invitation letter from my bf and send to me by post or will it be ok if he send through my email and i just printed it out?..i need help again plssss... thanks..

can also the invitation form for visa applicant can be send to me via email because he already have send me one but then there are some errors so now to make it fast we plan that can be send to me via email.. will it be okey to present that in the consulate office.. thanks

Your boyfriend falls into the category of "visiting family and friends".

If you don't intend to travel outside the Schengen area while in Europe, you will only need one entry. But if you intend to travel elsewhere, like make a trip to England or Turkey for instance, then you would need two or multiple entries.

Fields 34 +35 you should leave empty since you are not actually family and since none of you are considered EEA citizens in this regard (your boyfriend is a Danish citizen living in Denmark, thus he is not considered an EU/EEA citizen in this regard). These fields would only be relevant if you were actually married AND if your husband lived in another EU/EEA country than that of his own nationality.

If the invitation letter needs to be in original or if a copy is accepted you will have to ask at the embassy.

The norwegian embassy in Manial only accepts an original copy of the invitation letter i.e. it need to be send to you by regular mail. At least this is how it used to be, but why not ask them, like skaanebo suggest.
