I am Brazilian and my husband is Danish. This week we received confirmation that our marriage, which took place in Gibraltar in November 2024, was officially registered here in Denmark.
I would like to know if anyone has experience with this factor, whether it can help us with our family reunification process.
I am currently under a procedural suspension and have been living here in Denmark with my husband since 12 de outubro de 2024. We filed the process at the beginning of December and received confirmation of the procedural stay 3 weeks later.
Could anyone advise me if the official marriage registration in Denmark helps us with the approval of our family reunification?
