Why did US send me such questionnaire? Can I reply through e-bok?

My present residence permit is based on the previous marriage with a Dane. After divorce, I married to another Dane and submitted family reunification application. and I also received confirmation letter from US telling me they have received my application.

but strange, few days ago I received a letter from US asking me if there are any reasons that can prevent them from revoking my residence permit. To my understanding, I can stay in DK until they make decision to my new application. So, Why did they send me this letter?

1) Is it their normal procedure to send such letter no matter if you have or haven't submitted new application for family reunification?

2) right now I am outside DK for holiday. Is it ok to send such questionnaire signed by me through e-bok?

3) if no, can I sign the questionnaire and scan to my husband in DK. and have him submit to immigration office?

2) does it say so in the letter?

3) If it doe not say anywhere that such procedure is acceptable, it would be safer (although maybe a bit expensive) to send it with a courier service, which guarantees swift delivery.

in the letter, they don't state how I should submit the questionnaire. they just write " Du skal sende dine bemærkninger og et udfyldt skema(vedlagt) inden den xx, august 2018.

1）after they review the completed questionnaire, I assume that they will send me another letter telling me if I can stay in DK or not. right? do you think i can stay in DK until they make decision to my new FS application?

You still have a residence card, I assume? With it you can enter DK legally, as it is valid until cancelled.

But if you should get a negative answer, you will at the same time be informed about when you must leave DK.

Submitting this questionnaire while i am outside DK will lower my chance to get positive answer?

That would probably depend on for how long you have been out of DK.

The only trip outside DK Since I got the residence permit is right now. It is going to last one month.
