Hi,
I am German citizen, live in DK over 8 years, and my fiancee is Chinese. She visited me several times by tourist visa. Now, we want to marry. I rent a good apartment (outside of ghetto) and have a permanent job and permanent residence in DK.
So, how it works?
We marry in Copenhagen (when she comes to me with tourist visa).Does she need go back to China, and wait for new visa there? Or can she simply change the type of visa, and stay with me, until the question with her visa is decided? How to change the visa?
Does she need to pass Danish tests BEFORE miving to DK, or 6 months after?
Are there free lawyers in Copenhagen wo can advise me?
Best regards
Ming
Family reunification via EU Rules - how it goes?

As a German, you qualify to use EU laws in Denmark, hence it is very straight forward. Go to statsforvaltningen.dk (even with info in German) and follow the links. There are no tests whatsoever.

Spend your money on your bride, not on a lawyer, who may totally confuse you.
The procedure is almost the same that you yourself went through, so if you remember how that went, you are halfway through
