Does visit visa rejections several times going to affect future residency application?

If your intention is clear to the US that you only wish to apply for family reunification while you are in dk, then your visa will most likely rejected because US wants you to apply for family reunification directly from your home country.
Before applying for visa, make sure you have the most important thing, that is: documentations indicate that you are not planning on stay in the country for longer periods than the visa. That is to my experience.

What kind of documentation i need to prove that i am not gonna stay after my visa expires?

it should not affect unless you previously have stayed in Schengen illegally and got an entry ban and that is why you keep getting rejected.

But be careful not to give the impression you are simply visa shopping – going from one embassy to anther applying and trying your luck. All Schengen states can see when you applied for a previous visa and got rejected. This will in itself cause concern by the authorities.

Yes insofar as the authorities can see the rejection in their systems.

No, it’s not useless if you have a perfectly good reason to visit.

But it’s useless if you don’t.

In my eyes i have a very good reason that i Just want to visit my husband and little boy who is just 4 years old.
But i really don’t know that is a good enough for authorities or not
