Re: Appeals
First of all: please, when writing an answer or new question use the button at the bottom (Besvar), as using the quote function makes the thread looong and difficult to decipher.
Second of all: unfortunately practice shows that the authorities seemingly do not consider the rights of minor children to both their parents when it comes to granting family reunion.

Re: Appeals
As before said: apply using the positive list, if yout husband’s job is on that list, or the pay-limit scheme if he has the necessary income. If you can use one of these possibilities, it does not matter how long your husband has had PR. They can be used even when a couple move directly to DK, without ever having set foot there before.

Re: Appeals
Ok thank you so much for the answer and precious time
Re: Appeals
But our lawyer said if he used one of this like positive list or pay limit scheme then he needs to give up his PR.
Re: Appeals
Hello again
My lawyer said that my husband cannot change his status for first 3 year of his PR. Like he cannot switch his visa of any option like pay limit scheme and positive list
