My wife and I are currently filling out the 'Family Unification - EU Rules' form in hope of being able to move back to Denmark from Sweden.
We have all the documentation that is required but we can see that they are ask for your phone number and CPR- number, both of which I have - and are Danish. (I of course have a Swedish one too, but the fact of the matter is that I still have a Danish one).
Am I better to exclude this information from the form, (as it looks like I have ties to Denmark) or just bite the bullet and tell the truth?

A Danish CPR will follow you throughout your life so there is no point in trying to conceal it for the authorities. The fact that you already have a CPR is just one hassle less.
