I'm preparing filming for a Dutch television program and we're focussing on Danes moving to Sweden because of immigration laws. Do Danish couples with one foreign partner tend to spread randomly over Malmö and the surrounding area? Or are there towns, neighborhoods, streets with a higher concentration of couples coming from Denmark? Also, we are looking for people who moved to Sweden because of Danish immigration laws who are willing to show us where they live for the camera. If anyone would be willing to, please email me at ruben.altena@ikon.nl
Thanks in advance.
Concentrations of Danish couples in Sweden
Re: Concentrations of Danish couples in Sweden
Annestad right next to the bridge is known as the "Danish ghetto".
Otherwise I think Danes are spread out all over the city. But of course it's much easier to find a place to stay in rosengård or Sofielund on a short notice than any other neighbourhoods. Rosengård and Sofielund have the highest number of immigrants in general.
