Pass Danish "level 3" for spouse

Hi I was wondering if it is true that the Danish partner has to pass a level three Danish test as part of the new integration rules even if they were born here and hold Danish citizenship? Thanks BEN

Yes. Either PD3 or having attended to a danish school. If the danish citizen has lived here his whole life then I suppose he attended danish school. In that case it shouldn't be a problem.

Great thanks for the help! It sounded crazy that they had to pass a test but I guess it is for people who did not grow up here.
