Question regarding visit visa

Hello again

I have applied two times for visit visa and got a refusal both times. Embassy said that i will not leave the country after the expiration.

My family reunification case is in appeal and my husband and y4 year old also in denmark.

What i will write in appeal of visit visa?

If you really not leave the country after the expiration so it mean they have your data so they cannot give you visit visa and if you left country within date so you can send stamps on your passport mean enter exit dates...
student visa can be option but very expensive until get some scholarship.
Accompanying family members visa can be option but i am not sure about it because i am waiting in my other post somebody maybe reply about it. After getting PR as i think become different rules same 24 years, accommodation 3 year for PR etc etc..
