Danish-Non EU resident couple under 24

Hi.
My girlfriend and I met two years ago in Ecuador and have been in a long distance relationship ever since. Right now I am visiting her in Denmark, where she lives, but I am from Ecuador. I am here under a turist visa but we want to live together here in Denmark. We have been searching on the internet to figure out how to do it but we are lost...
On our search we landed on the website "new in denmark", the information there is kind of confusing and all the possible solutions are dead ends.
I am now pursuing a degree from London School of Economics on a long distance program, I still have two more years to complete my bachellors degree.
Does anybody know if it is possible to apply for a work or study visa when enroled in this kind of programs taking in consideration it is a EU university. We do not know how to apply for a work visa when I have not finish my studies. I am 24 years old and my girlfriend is 18 years old and is studing in denmark.
During our relationship we have faced most downs than ups and we are just looking for something that can help us finally be together. We have very little hope when looking to these websites with long lists of requirements. Maybe we can finally find a solution with your help.

As you found out already the homepage Nyidanmark is where, you can read about residence permits in Denmark. Including those given to work or study. The homepage is also available in english.

The other option is, that you get married, and your girlfriend take advantage of the right to free movement in the EU. She can read about that in danish under the menu point "rådgivning".

If the british people wote "yes" to stay in the EU, she could join you in London, and you could live together there for a while. And then move on to Denmark still using the right to free movement.
