Re: vigselbevis
There are a lot of requirements so of course a marriage certificate is not enough in itself.

Re: vigselbevis
The link talks about EU perosn but nothing mentions about what docs you need to apply as a spouse of EU
Re: vigselbevis
You can always ask at Statsforvaltningen if it doesn't state what documents you need to enclose with your application on the application itself.

Re: vigselbevis
Yes
But I am wondering if people getting married in Sweden will need to apostille the certifcate they gave. I want to make sure what we need before going and registering for reseident card.

Re: vigselbevis
The Nordic contries accept each other's official documents without translation and without legalization (apostille).

Re: vigselbevis
There is also a thing called legalisation.
"Legalisation means that the Ministry for Foreign Affairs confirms that a signature and seal/stamp on a Swedish document are genuine and verifies the capacity in which the signatory signed it."
which it says different from notary. Do I need that or not?
