Language Requirement for Permanent Residence

Hi everyone. I have hearing disability which prevents me from taking the oral part of Prøve i Dansk1. Therefore, I received a dispensation (from the Ministry) which exempted me from participating in the oral part of PD1. Based on the information available on my Bevis for PD1, I passed the written part of PD1 exam with 12 karakter, but the oral part is exempted (fritaget) and the average grade (Karaktergennemsnit) reads 12. In addition to my PD1bevis, a cover note is attached which reads: 'På xxxs prøvebevis er der under disciplinen
mundtlig kommunikation anført et journalnummer, idet xxxx efter ansøgning er fritaget for at gå til denne delprøve.
Prøvebeviset er fuldt gyldigt'. Now my questions are:

1) Does my bevis for Prøve i Dansk1 satisfy the language requirement for permanent residence (given that I am exempted from oral part)?

2) Must I write the oral part of PD1 to meet the requirement?

3) Does the immigration law say I must take both the oral & written parts or what does the law say about passing the minimum language requirement (PD1) for permanent residence?

Note: Presently, I meet all other requirement for permanent residence . Looking forward to your contributions. Thanks

1. Yes, it satisfies for permanent resident.
2. No, you dont need to write the oral part since you were being exempted

Just send along a copy of the attached letter you received from the immigration together with other required documents when you want to apply for your permanent.
