Hello ,
i have arrived to Denmark about 3 weeks ago and i work here as an aupair , staying with a host family in Holbaek . just yesterday i have got a letter telling me my CPR Number till i take My CPR card which they say i would have it within 6 to 8 weeks . my visa is Aupair visa and it will finish 24 or August . Actually i didnt like to be an aupair and i want to change it . so how could i change it so i can stay legally in Denmark with a new work and valid residence and work permission .???!!!, without going back to Egypt. and if its possible to change.., how long it will take to do that? , would i stay in denmark till i have the new residence ?

I have a danish girlfriend here .. will it be a solution if we get married ?? and if we get married , will i be kicked out of the country till i get another residence permit as i know that the aupair shouldnt be married ?? how long it will take the process of marriage, submitting and Obtaining a new residence ????!!!
Sorry about the number of the Questions but i Really dont wanna leave Denmark as i need to work here and have a human Life As yours as it is very injustice in Egypt . thank yoUUUUUUUU .

She has to be at least 23 and a half years old for you to be able to apply and you will not be able to get the actual permit until she is 24 years old if you wish to apply for a family unification on the basis of marriage.

is that the only solution ... i cannot get another residence if i found a contract of work ??

Only highly skilled work or highly paid work will qualify and if you're in Denmark as an au pair it seems very unlikely you will qualify for that.

If you do decide to marry, you and your wife may decide to use the EU laws instead, though. That means you will have to move to another EU/EEA country for 3-6 months before you will be able to return to Denmark and then in this way avoid the Danish laws on family unification.

EU laws moving to another EU country and then returning to Denmark will be your best bet. That of course means that your wife must be able to move with you to another country and that you as a couple will be able to provide for yourself financially. You haven't written anything about that yet.

But again you can read all the requirements and different ways of gaining residency in Denmark on www.nyidanmark.dk – and Denmark happens to be one of the most strict countries in Europe when it comes to gaining residency for foreigners.

OKay ... But , i am Aupair as you know so , once i get married my contract finished and my residence in Denmark will be cancelled also Because Aupair must be a singel .. So how i will be able to go to another EU Country without any base ????? !!!!

Ask your girlfriend to read the Danish advice on this site under the menu option "Rådgivning". In specific on EU laws.

Once you move to another EU country, you have a right to live there when your wife accompanies you there and you as a family can provide for yourself financially.
