am from syria and here is my story

hallo all people here ..i am from syria ..i married my wife she is syrian with danish citizenship ..we have been married for 1 year and half ago and i visited her in denmark for 2 times and i just got a visa again and i wanted to come to be with her but she suddenly told me that she needs divorce and that she doe snot want me anymore..i bought tickets and i told her am coming but she told me that she wont host me because she will apply for divorce and that she does not want to see me..right now the situation in my country syria is so bad and i will come to denmark
if my wife does not want to host me do i have the right to apply for asylum as a refugee as there is civil war almost in all areas of my country ?
if i go to the police and tell them she does not want to host me and we are not yet divorced will they get me deported immediately ?

Yes you can apply for asylum, if you are in Denmark or another safe country. It doesn`t matter, that you are married to a danish woman, or that she want divorce. The processing of the asylum application will be completely independent of this.

thanks mr fundiver for the precious info..if i apply for asylum will the authorities give me where to stay and some financial help with food or they will ask me to go to my wife to takecare of me ? if they ask me to go to my wife and i say that she does not want to host me and that she wants divorce what would be the situation ? will they call her to host me or what ? thanks mr for your already answer

There are special camps in Denmark for asylum seekers eg. Sandholmlejren, and as the main rule you need to stay in one of those, while your application is being processed.

MR mh in the website you sent me it says that it is my wife that should host me while processing my application of asylum .the problem is that my wife asked me for divorce and she wont host me what shall i do if she refuses to host me and the refugee camps refuses too? thank you

The refugee camp will not refuse you. So that is where you will stay while your case is pending.
