Have you moved to Denmark already? The 7 day deadline is NOT the deadline to forward supporting evidence or arguments to Justitsministeriet, it is only a deadline to FILE a complaint IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN DENMARK WHILE IT IS BEING HANDLED, which might by the way take from 6 to 13 month.
AEUG councelling cervice cannot promise to look at your case within such a short period of time as only a few days, so just go ahead and file the complaint simply stating, that you wish to complain, and that supporting evidence for your case will be forwarded later.
It will presumably be at least 6 month or more, before they have time to even look at your case, which sound like an almost carbon copy of houndres of other cases, so there is really not that much hurry except to just write "I want to file a complaint", which might take you 10 minutes to do, and which really don't require any assistance from outside persons.

At the beginning, it was just me writing the appeal, but when my husband came from work, we read the refusal together again putting attention on the points the Im. Service had against us - there are 4 points, 3 of which devoted to the period October-November'11, like no bills for food, almost no calls from Sweden and so on. In our appeal we have given an explanation why we we stayed in Denmark a lot during these 2 months.
The last point is that they can't see that the car which stays in brobizz specifications, belong to my husband and that is totally redicilous, since all other authorities we brought these specifications before (such as Swedish Im. Service and Danish Tax Office) didn't say any complain. But we don't see this as a big problem, this car was sold some time ago, but we still can obtain a paper from Car Register or smth where it shows that my husband owned that car for 4 years.
Yes, we have moved to Denmark, of course, because we applied for the family reunification in October, 7 months ago! We planed to stay in Sweden before we get the answer, but didn't expect it could take so long time. Actually, I think it was our big mistake, we should apply directly in September, when we made a desicion, and move to Denmark at the same time, so we wouldn't get this punch in our face because of these 2 months (Oct-Nov).
And wow, we didn't know it could take SO MUCH time to get the answer on the appeal. In the Im. Service they said it's around 3-6 months.
