Hello,good day, I am a swedish citizen and been maried to a filipino man, yes, i am gay, and recently he is here in sweden for having a tourist visa, i dont want him to go home lots of my friends told me one way of keeping him here is to change my address in denmark in short to move in denmark. Is that right ? What shall i do in this case ? What papers musti have . Please help us. Hoping for your advice. Thanks a lot.

Yes, you can use the EU laws instead of national laws but in order to do it you have to be married and you have to settle in another country than your country of origin. So yes if you move to Denmark or any other EU or EEA state, you can avoid that he has to return home. You can read the guidelines on this in Danish under the menu item called "Rådgivning" at the top bar of this web site.

Yes, we are already married here in sweden just this year, do u have any link so I can read about my case, i have read lots of this case but it is only applied to danish rules which I know is too different in my case.thanks for your reply :)

Read here - and substitute 'Sverige' with 'Danmark'. Only read the section about EU/EØS.

You can go to the web site of the Swedish Migrationsverket and read it as if you were a EU citizen and not a Swede and everything is explained in detail (either in Swedish or in English) here: http://www.migrationsverket.se/Privatpe ... rgare.html

It's the same rules that apply throughout the EU and EEA.

I have been really experiencing problem now. We are looking for cheapest apartment in copenhagen, but we cant .. Do u have any place to recommend closer to malmö but cheapest please .. And i dont know how big room we must obtain for the immigration give us his residence visa. Please help me :(

Look in the suburbs areas like Køge, Høje Taastrup, Farum, Ballerup, Ishøj, Frederikssund.

Hello again.. Just to ask again if also he must pass a A1 level test For danish and also we can we find the papers to fill up ? We have paper here but it says under danish rules.. Or this is just the same ? Please need ur answers badly. Thanks :)

Danish language tuition is not compulsary.
