No Impediment to Marriage certificate from poland?

hi everybody..i hope you are all doing great ..i will be married to a polish girl in morocco and our authorities asked us for a certificate called ( No Impediment to Marriage certificate) in english and in french (la capacité de mariage ) which means the capacity of marriage in english and i thought it is the same as a paper saying that she is single but they told me in the court that this capacity of marriage is different and it will include both our names ..she wants to make it in poland because it takes 1 month to make it in the polish embassy in morocco and we do not have time .my questions are :
1-does anyone know the name of this ceritifcate in polish ?
2-where should she make this paper in poland ?
3-will they ask her for my personal infos like my name passport and birth ceritifcates?
4.how long it takes to get in poland ?

Is your Polish fiancé not the best person to find THAT information? I assume she speaks the language ...
