hej,,, soon its have a danish election here in denmark,,, my question is,,, what is the best parties to vote to stay a foreigner in denmark for long?

i have sister in denmark married in a danish and they vote for lars løkke,,, then my husband like to vote for helle,,, what is the difference between the two parties?

If you wan to vote for a parti for a more faire immigrationspolitik you have to vote for Enhedslisten, socialdemokraterne, SF or Radikale venstre.

Helle thorning is from socialdemokraterne and work together with SF og radikale venstre.
Lars løkke is from Venstre and work together with the konservative and Dansk folkeparti(DF) DF like to make a very hard immigrationpolitik and would really love to make it very difficult to come here, and to live here. Therefor it would be not smart to vote for any of the parti who works with them wich means Venstre og konservative..

But it is up to your sisters husban what parti he like to vote for, maybe he like the politik Lars løkke is for, when you vote it is not just the immigrationspolitik it is also many orther thing ex economic and so on....

that no one can know, they will not make it more difficult. they say they will or something like that but really i dont think the immigrations is one of the first priotry the gonner make diffrent...I think the economic problems is gonner be the first thing

Don't expect miracles after a shift in political leadership from VKO to S-SF..... Traditionally, a new government is quite carefull about changing or even cancelling laws made under the last government. Helle Thorning was interviewed on this matter regarding immigration laws, and her reply was to reduce the number of tests, an applicant has to pass and to revise the point system. Thats more adjustments and not real revolutions in my ear....

And since the main subject for this election is economics, I am sure immigration laws are not very high on a new governments "To-do-list".

I disagree with Durmaz. There is only 2 parties in Denmark in favor of reasonable immigrant laws, and they are Radikale Venstre and Enhedslisten. Socialdemokratiet and Socialistisk Folkeparti, and all the other parties, seems to me to be quite populistic in their immigrant politics, which means they are quite similar to DF, although a little bit less extreme.

Regarding rules for family reunification, S and SF have already promised to roll back all the latest tightening measures, which was introduces as late as 1. july 2011. But apart from that BackpackM and ThomasT are both right. The priority for S and SF will be to retain their voters and stay in power and not to change immigration policy significantly. The pressure to do so will come only from Enhedslisten and Radikale Venstre.

Basically if you have the opinion, that citizens or permanent residents of Denmark should as the overwhelming main rule have the right to reside here with their closest family and on fair conditions - as is the goal for which AEUG is working - you can really only vote for one of these to parties. No other danish parties have at present a policy on this subject, that is even half acceptable to AEUG.

But of course with a left wing governemt (S and SF), the Danish Peoples Party (DF) will no longer have the parliamentary position, they have had for the last 10 years. So at least there will presumably be less new tightening measueres on a regular basis, as there will be no need to "pay" DF for voting for other laws.
