Nu kommer min kone til Danmark imorgen og vi regner med at flytte til Sverige meget hurtigt for at søge FS der. Der er dog nogle ting jeg er lidt i tvivl om, omkring hvilke dokumenter der skal hæftes til ansøgningen. Dem jeg er i tvivl om fremhæver jeg her:
What documents are required?
To apply for a residence card you must:
fill in the Migration Board form Application for a residence card, No. 145011
enclose copies of a valid passport
enclose documents that show that your relative still has right a of residence, i.e employment certificate or bank statement that shows sufficient means
enclose a marriage certificate or registered partnership certificate (spouses and registered partners)
enclose a civil registration certificate, lease agreement or proof of purchase of a residence (co-habitees)
enclose a birth certificate (children)
enclose a civil registration certificate from the person’s home country or a bank statement showing receipt of regular financial support from the parent/ child (parents and children over the age of 21 years). i
n the case of children under the age of 18 years, the child’s guardian must approve the application by signing it.
Hvad mener de præcist med de 3 ting? Er det oplysninger om mig eller om min kone? Og hvilke oplysninger er det præcist?
