I live in Sweden for 5 years and I had my daughter here who is 4 year old now , I have seeked asylum for both me and her but our asylum got denied , they said they don’t trust my identity because I gave them my country ID which they think was fake , I am married to a Danish and he owns 2 apartments in Sweden and one apartment in Denmark with a company , he applied resident permit for me in Sweden but they denied it because I made a passport from my country without going back , the migration still thinks imy passport is fake .
Now my husband wants to apply for me to live with him in Denmark but I don’t know if am eligible to apply in Denmark as a wife of a Danish citizen , I need an advice on how hat to do with my life now .
