Hi to all,
Me and my wife move to Denmark in 2015 my wife is eu citizen and I'm not but our marriage was register in 2011 in Romania we have a baby boy 2 years old and some serios and personal reason she divorced me and I actually don't know about this bcz all this things happen in Romania she was there on a Christmas and now we are officially divorced she send me a decision from the court and now she is not in denmark today I got a mail on my e-Boks from statsforvaltning we gonna revoked your eu family member card because your wife is not working in denmark and you have a family accompying visa.we were married almost 7 years and these 7 years I lived approximately 2 years in denmark.i have a full time job.
So guys can you give a good advice what should I have to do?

There is not really any5hing you can do, unless you have a job that you have had for two years. If so, there’s a chance that you can apply using Danish rules.

Thanks for your reply but if i show to authorities we are divorced and because divorce happen in Romania and state administeration don't know about this unless I have a baby boy which is also Eu national you don't think I fulfill the requirement for divorce under eu law bcz my marriage exist 7 years and in these 7 years 2 years I lived here in Denmark.

No.

1) you have not had legal residence in DK for five years, thus you do not qualify for a permanent residence.
2) your child is not living eith you.
3) your wife is no longer living in Denmark.

Your right to residence according to EU-rules is tied to your spouse in such a way that if your spouse leaves the country EVEN WITHOUT divorcing you, your right to residence ends.

It does not matter where the divorce happened. If you are divorced in Romania, you are divorced in all EU-countries, probably even in all the world.
