what happens if my spouse goes on Kontant help

Hi
I am a non eu citizen came as a greencard holder and later shifted to family reunification. Based on that i have been granted PR in 2015. Now my spouse is having hard time in getting back to work after barcel and her A kasse period is coming to end soon. If she don't get Kontant ydelse for 3 months period then she may have only one option that is to go on Kontant hjælp. As far as i know it doesn't affect me since I have already got PR. Do anybody thinks i may face any problems because of that? like citizenship ?

If you hold a permanent residence permit, applying for kontanthjælp has no bearing on your residency. But keep in mind that since you are married, you have to provide for your spouse if you have the means for it.
