Question regarding permanent reisdence

Do I qualify for permanent residence if I stayed in Denmark for 5 years with a mix of Danish green card and as a EU family member? or I cannot mix my stay?

If you want to apply under danish law, the rules were changed and the requirement is now 6 years of legal stay OR 4 years of legal stay and some additional requirements. It does not matter, what kind of residence permit you had, or if you stayed under EU-rules.

If you want to apply under EU-law, you must have had EU residence right for 5 years and be able to prove this. It does not matter, if you actually applied for a EU residence card before, or not.
