eu family member residence card processing time

help please!! . We apply for eu family member from September 2018 and we still not get any answer from statsforvaltningen now is 7 months. I was calling statsforvaltningen but they are closed so I start Searching then I find nyidanmark I call them 4 time sometimes they tell me I have meeting sometime they say nope you don't have meeting you are still in investigation. But it say 6 months maximum. We don't know what to do is to much stressful. Thank you all have a great day
