Min mand har skrevet dette lille indlæg til nogle aviser..
Iøvrigt kan jeg lige indskyde at vi netop i dag har modtaget brev fra Justitsministeriet, om at vores sag forventes afsluttet i slutningen af April pga der er mange sager.
Selvom vi for 7 måneder siden fik brev om at det ville blive i Januar 2013. Altså nu..
Så nu er det igen blevet udsat.
Nogen der ved om de kan udskyde afgørelsen i det uendelige?
Vi er ved at være helt tyndslidte følelsesmæssigt + økonomisk..

Family Reunion
Hi, my name is Rafael. I would like to speak a bit about the Danish immigration Service and my current situation. I think many people in Denmark have no idea of what it is like to apply for family reunion. I’m speaking on behalf of my wife and me, I am also sure there are many people going through the same (or worst).
I came to Denmark in 2010 on a working visa, I used to live and work in Denmark legally, I had my CPR number, bank account, job, tax payment in order, and then I have to give it all away, only to ask for all of it again.
I’m married with a Danish girl, and as far I have experienced, immigration doesn’t care about love, being married or anything, besides make your life impossible as a foreigner. Denmark decides who you can fall in love with, who you can marry, where and how to live… according to what they think.
When we decided to apply for family reunion, we felt that the Danish immigration don’t follow the rules they made themselves. They write in the application that “they only look at the facts” and they make you sign it and solemn promise that you only give them correct information.
. In our case, all they asked for was fulfilled but they “THINK” or “BELIEVE” that it was all planned and that we are giving false information. That’s called interpretation of the facts. And because they “THINK” and “BELIEVE” that “MAYBE” we planned all, we had to appeal to the justice ministry to try and change the decision. They had no reason to say NO.
What is the point then?
Another thing is that when they gave us the final answer, they misspelled names, dates, they didn’t respect the time limit they gave us, the whole thing seemed to be copy and pasted and not professional at all. Just another case in the pile of replies, saying no, without people or lives depending on it.
So my wife and I had to put all our plans and dreams on hold, and wait day by day without knowing how long this was going to take.
People get used to things, to go to work, to go to study, and we got used to (as many other people in the same situation) to wait, not knowing what’s going to happen in the future, to wake up to nothing every day, to don’t know if we will get the papers in a day, a week, or a year (the latest being the case so far), day by day people’s hearts get slowly broken by making them wait for no reason at all, the Danish immigration service is waiting for people to give up. (Move away, divorce, etc...) Instead of help and support their Danish citizens, and their spouses to settle and integrate.
The whole process started in 2011, so far it is almost 24 months since we started following the European rules for family reunification here in Denmark, so I could stay with my wife and we could continue our life here in Denmark together. And we are still waiting.
My country, Chile, has a “friendship” with Denmark. So I don’t even want to start thinking about how people from countries, without this “friendship” with Denmark, are being treated if you treat your “friends” like this?
I have no criminal record, I have no sickness and I am educated. I have my family and house in Denmark, yet I’m treated like a criminal, a diseased, an uneducated, and they want me to go home, but my home is here.
