hej med dig. jeg har nogle spørgsmål som vil gerne at få svare på dem, tak.
jeg dansk statborger og er lig flyttet til Sverige, jeg læser vidergående uddannelse i danmark. jeg søger opholdstilladelse for min mand i sverige, i blanketten(form) som jeg skal udfylde om opholdstilladelsen, står at min mand og jeg har bruge for en europæiske helbredssikring (the european health insurance card ), so mit spørgsmål er hvor jeg kan lave sådan et? og har jeg som dansk statborger for for sådan et kort? er jeg nordisk borger, ikke automatisk dækket af det?
forresten er min mand også asylansøger i sverige, har han så bruge for the european health insurance card? han har jo tilladelse til læge og medicine osv.

Min mand var også asyl ansøger og ja, han skulle fremvise EU sygesikringsbeviset.
Det er korrekt, at asylansøgere i SE har et LMA kort og derigennem har ret til akut læge og tandlæge behandling for 50 kr. pr. besøg. Men det er en yderst begrænset behandling - f.eks. må tandlægen ikke lave tanden færdig ved at rodbehandle en tand med infektion i - men blot stoppe smerten midlertidigt. Det kan ikke sammenlignes med at have de almindelige rettigheder indenfor sundhedssystemet.
Der er også svar i forhold til, når du er studerende.

My husband and I need some advice regarding social security in Sweden. We have been following the ægteskab uden grænser forum and are aware that you are on top of things, and were wondering if you would be able to advise us or have the time for it.
First some background on our situation, my husband is Danish and I am Bolivian, we have been living in Malmö since December 2011. We both have a personal number. I have a residence permit given to me on the basis that I am married to a EU citizen who is a work taker in Sweden (EU rules). I got this residency on December 2011 and at the same time I applied for residence permit under Swedish rules (uppehållstillstånd) but Migrationsverket hasn't reached a decision on this application yet. It is also important to add that we are planning to stay in Sweden for 5 years in total so I can become a Swedish citizen.
My husband has worked in Sweden for 16 weeks between December 2011 and July 2012 (12 weeks on a full time contract). During this period of time he also has been self employed in Denmark. Now he is only working in Denmark. To sum it up, most of my husband’s income is generated in Denmark.
Now regarding social security issues, my husband has been registered in Försäkringskassan since he was employed on a 12 week contract, when we moved here. I'm not registered yet because the period he has worked in Sweden is not enough for them to register me. However, they are considering registering me on the basis that he is a person with sufficient funds, we are still waiting for their decision on this matter.
In any case, the important thing is that we have realized being registered in Försäkringaskassan might not be the correct option for us because most of my husbands income comes from Denmark. So we are researching the possibility for my husband to get the EU blue health card, and hope that Försäkringskassan will accept registering me...is this possible at all?

In short: Yes. There are whole treads in forum divoted to this topic under "bekendtgørelser". If you have en EU-residence card, the blue EU-health care card from Denmark should be able to get you a swedish personnummer at Skatteverket, and after that you can register at Forsäkringskassen.

I was surprised it was in Danish! and I think my question is relevant to the topic being discussed there so that is why I used it to post my question.
I will move my post to a new topic in the English Forum anyway. Can I please ask you to read it then? since I am not in the situation of needing the blue card to get a personal number, I've had had that since my husband and I came to Sweden.
