Hi we have searched for FR Sept of last year. We were asked for more info at the beginning of March and submitted it two weeks later. Now we have heard nothing and the 10 months was up in the 18th. We are in box 3 still during treatment it says. Should we contact immigration or just wait it out seeing as it's summer holidays? Thanks Ben

It is not unusually long, so just be patient. Also the people working in the Immigration-department have summerholidays, and work slows down.
