Hi Oliver
Well, I don't think it's entirely possible to say if you can have the residence permit in Denmark based on the information you're giving.
Your wife is 28 years old, and providing that she has been a Danish citizen all her life you can disregard the demand for attachment to Denmark (Tilknytningskravet). If that's not the case you will need to prove that both you and your wife have a stronger attachment to Denmark than to your home country. I suppose you are over 24 years of age, right?? If not, you will have to wait until that is the case.
You have the appartment of the size that you need, and as long as there is no time limit to the lease that you have, that demand should be met.
Your wife is a student at the moment, but she will still need to provide for you when you get the residence permit in Denmark, until you are able to get a job and provide for yourself. And then she has to get the financial guarantee of the 58.207 DKK from the bank.
And no need to say that your marriage can't be an arranged marriage nor a marriage of convenience, right??
But provided that you are able to meet all of these demands, you should be able to get the residence permit in Denmark applying for family reunification. However, there can be no guarantees....the final decision is always made by US (the migration authorities).
Good luck with it all.
